With over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health and medical industry, Arthur has acquired a vast and diverse understanding of opening, operating and growing treatment programs and medical companies. As the acting CEO of AM Healthcare, Arthur has built a network of eight different programs ranging from inpatient detox to outpatient therapy. As an owner/operator, he has amassed the experiences of licensing/accreditation, hiring and staff development, expense management, marketing/branding & business development, formulation of policies and procedures and most importantly creating and maintaining a work culture that is coveted and praised in the industry. For years, Arthur has assisted and guided countless businesses and programs develop and implement processes that are conducive to long term financial success.
Evan working in the behavioral health and substance abuse field in 2014 where he developed a deep passion for helping people who were struggling to achieve the quality of life they desired. Evan completed his education in addiction studies and became a certified alcohol and drug counselor (ICADC & CADC-II). Evan continued working as an alcohol and drug counselor until he found his true calling, which was to expand his knowledge of detox, residential, and intensive outpatient treatment programs and assist companies in providing the absolute best care to their clients from an operational and compliance standpoint. Evan draws from his clinical background, personal experience, and working knowledge of all roles in the treatment industry to optimize client care and treatment effectiveness for clients and the companies that serve them.
